REQUIREMENTS FOR FIREARM PURCHASES
You Must Be:
A: 21 years of age to purchase a pistol.
B: 18 years of age to purchase a Rifle or Shotgun.
C: A Texas resident or Active Duty Armed Forces Member assigned to a Texas Post/Base.
Show Proof of Residency:
A: Texas Driver’s License displaying your current physical address must match Texas License to carry (LTC) Concealed Handgun License (CHL).
-OR-
B: Your Out-of-State Driver’s License used for ID in addition two of the following as proof of residency:
a: A bill (Rental, Gas, Electric or Water) in your name and current Texas address for 3 previous consecutive months.
b: Texas Insurance/Vehicle Registration displaying your name and current Texas residency dated 3 consecutive months prior to the purchase
date.
c: Current Texas Lease in your name and dated 3 consecutive months prior to the purchase date.
Active Duty Armed Forces:
A: Out-of-state Driver’s Licensee’s must provide a copy of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders.
Temporary Duty Orders (TDY) DO NOT qualify as proof of residency!
B: If you do not have PCS Orders two of the following will be accepted as proof of residency:
a: A bill (Rental, Gas, Electric, or Water) in your name and current Texas address for 3 consecutive months prior to the purchase date.
b: Texas Insurance/Vehicle Registration in your name and current Texas residency dated 3 consecutive months prior to the purchase date.
c: Current Texas Lease of residency in your name and dated 3 consecutive months prior to the purchase date.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Our Distributors, Ellett Brothers, RSR Group, and Davidson’s, carry thousands of items that we don’t routinely stock. However, we would be happy to special order any firearm and/or firearm accessory we don’t carry for you. Your cost on all special orders are our invoice price plus 15%, plus shipping/handling cost.

o Invoice price: $532.07
o Shipping/Handling: $20.00
o Total Price with 15% and Shipping: $631.88
Once you place your special order request, we will contact our distributors to determine the availability and current price of the item. In the event our distributors are out of stock of your item, we will continue to search for that item or request a backorder status.
Leave us your full name, phone number, and email address, so our staff can contact you once the item becomes available. Once we determine the item is available, you must make full payment prior to us placing the order.
Notification will be made by us upon arrival of the Special Order item. Special Orders will be held for customer pick-up for up to 90 days. After 90 days, the item becomes property of EJI Firearms, Inc., unless special arrangements to hold the item(s) are made.
Since special orders are paid in full prior to placing the order, no exchanges, returns or refunds are possible.

FFL Transfers
We accept all Class 1 Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfers for $25 per transfer.
• We do not charge transfers by the firearm!
• If the transfer is from one FFL with multiple firearms, the charge is still $25.
Recipient must prove their Texas residency by:
• Providing a valid Texas Driver’s License or Texas ID.
• Exception: Military with an out-of-state license can prove their Texas residency by providing a copy of their
Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders assigning them to a Texas military installation.
To help facilitate contacting a recipient when we receive the firearm(s):
• Ensure recipient’s name and phone number are included either on the shipment label or on the
invoice/transfer paperwork (e.g. ATTN: John Smith, phone (222) 222-2222).
Recipient must complete ATF Form 4473 and be able to pass a NICS check for us to conclude the transfer of the firearm.

Gift Cards can be purchased in $5.00 increments from $20.00 to $1,000.00 and are redeemable only at the EJI Firearms storefront. You may use our Gift Card for any merchandise or service we provide.
There is a $2.00 initial activation fee for new cards, but our cards carry no expiration date. Additional funds may be added to this card at any time.
We can check the remaining value on your Gift Card only at our physical storefront.
EJI Firearms is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or any unauthorized card use. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
